CANCELLATION POLICIES
All cancellations and refunds will incur a $30 fee. This fee covers credit card processing fees and admin time required to process your refund through our payment processing system. Do not sign up for training if you have any doubt about being able to attend.
1— GENERAL REFUND POLICY
Partial refunds will be issued to customers who provide a formal cancellation at least (7) days prior to the start of your scheduled training. To receive a Partial Refund we must receive a formal cancellation request at least one week prior to your scheduled training lesson. For customers who want to reschedule their lesson, we provide (1) reschedule free of charge. NOTE: Please read the "Reschedule Policy" below.
2— ONE WEEK REFUND POLICY
Refunds will NOT be issued to anyone cancelling their training within seven days prior to the start of your scheduled training. Customers who cancel within this time period will forfeit their payment. For customers who want to reschedule their lesson, we provide (1) reschedule free of charge. NOTE: Please read the "Reschedule Policy" below.
3 — LATE NOTICE REFUND POLICY
Refunds will NOT be issued to anyone cancelling within 24 hours prior to the training start time or on the same day of the scheduled training. Customers who cancel within this time period will forfeit their payment and will not be offered a courtesy reschedule option. We realize family and medical emergencies can happen. If you have a family or medical emergency, contact us as soon as possible and be prepared to provide proof of the emergency to explore your rescheduling options.
4 — RESCHEDULE POLICY
Customers who have received approval for a training reschedule are allowed ( 1 ) courtesy reschedule only. A second reschedule will incur a $50 fee. Additional reschedules are not permitted and customers will forfeit payment. Choose your training date wisely and check your calendar to make sure you don't have conflicting appointments before registering.
